Australian Athlete suspended following testing in Perth 2016
Please note the suspension of the athlete below for a period of 4 years, for an Anti-Doping infringment during the WMA 2016 Championships in Perth, Australia. WMA finds it extremely disappointing that this suspension was announced without any prior reference to WMA or the Australian Masters Athletics organisations, by the ASADA or the IAAF.
An announcement will be made by WMA regarding the reallocation of Medals after the WMA Council has thoroughly reviewed the issue and informed all the parties involved.
